Class Levels

Flow 1
Class Times: Monday - Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
This beginning level class allows students to build their knowledge and understanding of kettlebells. The trainers will assist the students in perfecting their form in basic kettlbell moves and help the students form the foundation for more advanced moves and swings.

Flow 1.5
Class Times: Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday at 6:30 p.m., Saturday at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
This bridge class includes a focus on perfecting technique on some of the more complex moves. Students from Flow 1 and 2 can come to this class. Flow 1 students will be able to observe the intermediate class while getting a taste of more advanced moves and technique.

Flow 2
Class Times: By appointment only. Please email the Studio at least 24 hours in advanceto confirm availability.
This intermediate class focuses on building strength and confidence with the kettlebell. Students will be introduced to workouts that mirror World Kettlebell Club competition events.
